Rambert-trained and battle-tested across West End and global tours, Craig performed in award-winning productions including The Lion King (1998 Tony Award — Best Musical), Bombay Dreams (West End/Olivier-recognised creative team), Flashdance (West End — WhatsOnStage-nominated) and Fame (Olivier-nominated revival). He appeared at the Royal Variety Performance and on national broadcasts and commercials, including Gareth Gates' Comic Relief No.1 single "Spirit in the Sky."
His work blends ballet precision, street energy, martial focus and somatic calm into Mindful Movement Mastery — training that builds performance-grade technique, functional strength and durable mindset.
